What is the difference in the spells and the amount of castings?

Most spells are offered as a choice of the smaller series of donation spells, which is 3 castings or the longer more intense casting series for the more difficult or ongoing problems. For the simple cases, or things like passing a driving test, or luck at an interview etc, the short series of 3 is fine, for more complicated situations or ones that have been worked on a lot you have the choice of a more intensive series.

Will you look into spell suitability in some way before I order?

Yes. I generally ask for an outline of your situation and names and dates of birth for the people involved. I then carry out some divinations to see how your situation looks in terms of spell work suitability. I always advise on your chances of success at this time so you are in possession of all the facts prior to going ahead. I will also have confirmed to you by the time of the divination that no spell work can be guaranteed. The initial divination is always free of charge, whether you decide to go ahead or not. I also reserve the right at this point to decline to carry out your spell work. Please do not be offended if this is the case, as it will be with your highest good in mind.

Are my details and questions confidential?

Yes. Totally. Anything that you tell me or ask me will be in total confidence. I do not distribute email addresses or names or share in any way. you would be dealing solely with me at all times.

How long will I have to wait for my reading?

I aim to complete clairvoyant readings within 24 hours, sometimes this can be stretched to 48 hours at busy times of the moon phase. The longer readings, can take up to 72 hours. If your need is really urgent please contact me and I will give your reading priority where possible.

How do I pay for my reading?

I have secure credit and debit card payment services set up, this offers the top level of security and encryption of your card details. I will never see the actual card details. I can also accept payment by post by arrangement but it will delay your reading slightly.

Is this a new website?

No. this particular website has been up and running for nearly 10 years now. This isn't my oldest website, but is well established.

Will you answer always answer a readings clients emails?

YES! Of course I will. I always answer emails from a client that requires an answer. after your reading you may have queries or if something isn't quite clear. In this case please email me with your query and I will respond to you as quickly as possible. At this point I can only clarify points already raised in your reading from my notes, and not answer new questions.

Will you answer always answer a spell clients emails?

YES! I always answer an email from a client that requires an answer. Even after your work is complete. But the emails to have to be relevant to the work I have or am doing for you. Some like to jot down thoughts or even just say hi, that’s very nice, but I cannot always respond to chat emails every day as my work would suffer if I took this line with all my clients, I would be on the computer 24/7! My spell work and readings are what clients pay me to do and they are always the most important factor. I always reply to requests for updates, support or advice about yourself or your case. I just can’t become a “pen pal”! sorry!!

I always offer full support and back up during your Spell-work. Spells ordered are cast within 5 days of order and payment, mostly within 24 hours. Depending on moon phases and ingredients. If there is to be a delay I will always advise you of this. Cast Spells are non refundable if they do not manifest for you, I will tell you the chances of them working prior to ordering if you consult with me at that point. And I always make it clear on my website that spells cannot be guaranteed. I have a very good success rate and my work is honest and genuine, with many years of experience going into them. Once work is started the materials and ingredients used cannot be used for anyone else as well as taking a lot of my time so costs are incurred from the start of a spell hence spells are always non refundable once booked. Please make sure you are certain that you wish to book a spell before proceeding.

What details will you require for a spell to be cast?
I need names and dates of birth for anyone involved if that is possible. A photo is always helpful, and can be sent by email or post. I always return photos undamaged if posted. Please include SAE. The majority of the details required can be provided by email for a speedy start to your spell work.

Can a spell go wrong and backfire on me or anyone else involved?

In a word-NO! I work all my spells within the light and everyone involved is protected during my castings. When you hear about spells backfiring it is usually because of the lack of experience of the spell caster, or in some cases the negative intentions of the spell.

Why do you say that you cannot always tell exactly when the outcome will be?

Spells can take varying times to work, some work very quickly, within a few days at times, but generally the rule of thumb is that you need to allow three lunar moon phases for manifestation. Spells and the routes they take don’t see “time” quite like we do.

I have had a lot of spells done by lots of other spell-casters. Is it ok to book a spell with you?

I will always take a look at your situation if you do approach me about a spell to see if I can help. I work alone though so wont get into casting “in tandem” with others. Sometimes I work at the same time as another caster if I feel happy with the situation, but there are times where too much spell work can be a hindrance rather than of help. I am aware that there are lots of casters out there with good and bad reputations, sometimes quite unjustly. But I never comment on individuals work as I believe that that is helpful to no one. Please note I do not respond to emails that start off with something like "I have been ripped off loads of times, are you another con? Or can you should do this for free for me etc etc” My own beliefs as well as my moral code means that I do not behave in this way, and if you start off from a point of no trust then the situation would be unworkable between us.

Are spells guaranteed to work?
Unfortunately the truth is no, they cannot be. I am always honest and realistic in my advice about spell casting. Lots will tell you that they guarantee it will work, some in less than 24 hours, but this is both unrealistic in most cases as well as misleading. I have been working in this field for many many years and I offer an honest and realistic service to my clients. My spells are very powerful but are not miracles! What I can guarantee is an honest, practical approach to your work and strong spell castings to help get the best possible result for you. I put all of my effort into your spells and everything in my power to correct your situation and bring your dreams into reality. I give 110% at all times. What I cannot do is control what the client will do! Most people help their spell along but in very rare cases the client’s actions will alter the outcome themselves with inappropriate actions.

Are you available on the phone?

I do have both landline and mobile numbers that I give out to clients if it becomes necessary, I don't promise a phone service though so if this is your need its probably best to look for an alternative caster/witch. I cannot take calls without prior agreement as I am busy with my readings and castings and I have to give this priority. It is unrealistic to expect your witch to always be on hand to chat on the phone as no work would ever get done!! I offer the phone numbers in good faith so any problems or concerns can be ironed out quickly. I am not available all day or night as my spell work would suffer as a result. Please respect this when calling.

My spell manifested after 6 months, I thought you said 3 months was more usual?

Yes it is. But occasionally it can take longer, this is especially the case with difficult or long standing cases that many have worked on. There is also the possibility that a spell will have many people to influence before everything can start to slot into place.

How come some witches offer deals for spells that seem to good to be true, with money back guarantees?

Mostly because they are too good to be true! There are a lot of people on the net, and in magazines now that are not even real witches/occultists/shamans. Some are companies that have sales people answering queries from a script sheet! And if they bother to cast a spell for you at all, which a lot don't! They may even do more harm than good through inexperience and ignorance!

I am a religious person, and I am worried about how spells will be affected by my religion?

The work that I carry out is with the greatest respect for all of the people involved, and without harm to any living being. I respect all religions and I always ask if you have any religious preference when casting your spell, so I can assure you that I never work against any religious or moral belief including my own.
