- Are my details and questions confidential?
Yes. Totally. Anything that you tell me or ask me will be in total confidence. I do not distribute email addresses or names or share in any way. You would be dealing solely with me at all times.
- How long will I have to wait for my reading?
I aim to complete all of my psychic and Angel readings within 24 hours, sometimes this can be stretched to 48 hours at busy times of the moon phase. The longer readings, can take up to 72 hours. If your need is really urgent please contact me and I will give your reading priority where possible.
- How do I pay for my reading?
I have secure credit and debit card payment services set up, this offers the top level of security and encryption of your card details. I will never see the actual card details. I can also accept payment by post by arrangement but it will delay your reading slightly.
- Will you answer always answer a readings clients emails?
YES! Of course I will. I always answer emails from a client that requires an answer. Sometimes after your reading you may have queries or find that something isn't quite clear. In this case please email me with your query and I will respond to you as quickly as possible. At this point I can only clarify points already raised in your reading from my notes, and not answer new questions.
- Is this a new website?
No. Its had a bit of an update though! But this particular website has been up and running for over 10 years now. This isn't my oldest website, my original website is approx 13 years old, but this one is now very well established.
- Are you available on the phone?
I do have both landline and mobile numbers that I give out to clients if it becomes necessary, I don't promise a phone service though so if this is your need its probably best to look for someone who is less busy and able to spend more time on phone calls.
I am allowed by law to give readings ,advice or cast spells for people of 18 years of age and over only. They do not constitute legal, medical or other professional advice. Due to new UK Legislation, all psychic services have to be deemed as for entertainment only.
